We interviewed several other companies to replace our old deck. We selected C&R General Services because Mr. Hernandez advised us that it would not be necessary to replace the entire deck. He replaced some boards, reinforced some boards, cleaned and stained the deck. It still looks beautiful and new after 3 years. We had a home appraisal with the old deck and lost some points because of the deck. With a new appraisal we got added value to our home because of our beautiful deck. I have used C&R General Services for more than ten years to do home improvement projects. In early 2007 my wife decided that she wanted to upgrade our master bedroom and hall bathrooms. A friend told her about a contractor that had completed work for her and she was very satisfied with the work he did. We had Mr. Carlos Hernandez remodel our two bathrooms and some minor electrical work and were very pleased with the finished product. Not only did Mr. Hernandez complete the work, but was extremely patient with us as we made changes as the work progressed. Another trait that my wife and I both noticed was the care Mr. Hernandez took to make sure our home was protected as he and his staff performed this work. When problems occurred after the work was completed, Mr. Hernandez responded to our calls. Whether the call was a direct result of the work they had done or indirect affect, Mr. Hernandez took care of the problem.

Over the next several years, I called Mr. Hernandez for small jobs that needed to be done. He always responded on the day and time he promised to be here. From 2007 thru 2016 Mr. Hernandez performed several home improvement tasks for me and several friends that I recommended him to. I received nothing but positive feedback from my friends. During that time frame Mr. Hernandez became C&R General Services.

From 2016 through the end of 2017 C&R General Services performed several major and minor tasks for us. I have experienced nothing less than highly professional service from them. Over the last month and a half of 2017 we experienced water damage in my kitchen from a leaking water line to the ice maker in our refrigerator. This caused extensive damage to the floor in my kitchen and a closet upstairs and the ceiling and electrical areas of the lower part of our home. Being unable to find a plumber to come out that night, I called C&R General Services and got immediate help from them. The next morning C&R General Services was back, assessing the damage, isolating the problem and starting immediate repairs. Being in the week leading up to Thanksgiving, C&R General Services performed temporary repairs to allow us to host expected family for the holiday and was back the beginning of the following week to begin actual restoration.

As a result of the work performed by C&R General Services, the damages have all been completely repaired to include new kitchen tile, all related wall and ceiling repairs and painting, and restored electrical damage caused by this disruption.

After having worked with Mr. Hernandez and C&R General Services for over ten years, I highly recommend them to all my friends. The reason I have relied on them for more than ten years is because they are reliable, dedicated, and show respect for the job they undertake.
